Hurricane Harbor

Fun waterpark to hang out with friends and family. Exciting rides and slides. But the bathroom and facility was unclean. The food and beverage service was extremely slow.

Your facility needs to be updated! The grounds look very old, plant some palm trees and flowers.

Way too crowded! I hate that you can't use the dining pass everywhere, and the lines to eat were crazy long. It took an hour Just to get to the front.

it's a good place but needs to be cleaned up. it's looking worn

The 2 girls in the parking booths were too busy talking to each other rather than getting cars thru the line. The time it takes to get a refill at the drink stands is entirely too long. The food service employee, the bathroom attendant, or gift shop employee none of which make eye contact or say hello when approached. Not good customer service at all.

Horrible

Food is way too expensive and bad quality. Lady handed me my drink with one piece of ice in it and my sweet tea wasn't sweet. Rides were fun but had to wait long and it was on a Monday.

ground is very hot so bring shoes, people are very pushy.

Lines were way too long, staff was rude, food & drinks over priced
