Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Studio City

Bathroom walls and floors were dirty. Also, the towels had stains on them.

other than the AC in the room not being able cool below 75 degrees, and not enough parking for hotel guests, my stay at this hotel was good. I'd use this hotel again.

We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The servers were very invasive. They stood near our table and often tried to include themselves in our conversation.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly

The hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable but almost ran out of toilet tissue and someone's clothing was left in our room. Also we had to change rooms because the floor was wet.

Great place to stay with amazing access to local amenities! I enjoy the bar in the evenings. The price was sufficient and customer service was great!

First room smelled terrible. Moved us to new room with wet carpet and wet chair...not sure if it was cleaner but it was gross. Had about 5 problems with our room keys not working. Have a joining room with in laws and the doors "adjoining" the rooms are blocked with a mini fridge and microwave. Hotel rooms are very outdated and seem grungy.

It was kinda run down needing renovation. There was lots of noisy construction going on.

Small room, horrible AC system and shower head. Not clean. Shades didn't close
