The front desk staff was really really great. They were nice and helpful. I ordered club sandwiches two nights I stated there and the second night they made it on white bread and said that they were out of wheat bread. I found this suspicious since I had wheat bread the morning prior and after. I was very disappointed that I was not asked if white was okay prior to it being made and felt forced to take and pay for food I didn't want. Also, the hanger thing is weird and unclear. I thought my room wouldn't be entered at all, but I guess it just means don't change sheets? Also, I never got to use my $5- I would have used it in the food but told it wasn't an option.
