Great staff to work with. Great beds.

The staff were so helpful and friendly they went out of there way to help me with my situation . I cannot say how much it helped me and a bad situation was turned around because of your wonderful team

Had very noisy rooms next to us and across the hall which I reported to person at desk and he took care of asking those guest to quiet down and they did for the most part....I think the desk attendees name was Clyde (nice man)

Bed was stiff and very noisy. Very uncomfortable.

Carpet very dirty. 2nd floor smelled badly. Beds not comfortable. Bad experience....
