Friendly staff

I love this hotel they are always friendly. My suitcase did not make it, and they provided me with all the little goodies needed to get me through the night and next day.

It is my go to hotel while in San Diego.

Love the staff and location. Hotel is always clean but my room had a musty odor and almost smelled like it was a smoking room at one time. The wireless internet was very spotty and wasn't working correctly for most of my stay. I have a coworker who stayed there a month or so ago and had the same problem so this is an issue that has been ongoing and not fixed for whatever reason.
