What I loved the most was how clean the room was

I love staying at the hilton garden inn in downtown Athens because the staff is so friendly and helpful. we didn't know where to eat dinner, and got great recommendations from the staff. will definitely be visiting again!

These people that work here as snobby as I'll get out. And the pool is FREEZING. hot tub was green and had stuff floating in it. Cleaning staff? JUST PLAIN RUDE

Nothing seemed out of place, and it was generally very clean. I would stay there.

I drove in for lunch

The Hilton Garden Inn gave my room away on my wedding night...my new husband and I got our keys, went up to our room, and someone was already in there. We had presents waiting for us in that room. We had to go downstairs to get another room, and were given a room with two double beds....on our wedding night. The following morning we were given our gifts, minus the bottle of champagne my mother left in the room for us. The guests that OUR room was given to drank it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone again. We gave them so much business that weekend, and they screwed up the most important room of all. Highly disappointed.
