Good service and clean hotel

Great stay!

Good location, very friendly staff, but had a disappointing showerhead and water pressure in bathroom.

Great staff, clean environment! The parking for the hotel was up a hill which was an inconvenience.

I booked the hotel on the Hilton app. I made a mistake and booked the wrong day. I called the hotel and they changed it for me. I booked at a lower rate than I was charged when I checked out. I had to insist on them changing the rate. They should have told me the rate was higher so i could have made the decision to either accept the higher rate or make other arrangements. I was also disappointed in the overall look of the hotel. I know it was a holiday weekend with lots of traffic but the hotel looked generally not kept. Very disappointing stay.

It was terrible!!!!! The guest there were loud, obnoxious, and crazy. The staff was very controlling and did their job well and were very understanding. The rooms were decent not as good as the garden one on Birmingham. All the trouble we went through, I don't think it was worth $5/day for wifi. So I didn't pay for it:(

Room was dirty. Office chair in room had a huge whole in the seat which I could not use. The outlet by the bed behind the night stand did not have a cover and wires were hanging out. Electric outlet in the bathroom did not work. Walls and carpet very dirty.
