Clean rooms

I received a very warm reception from the young Black Man when I arrived Friday night. He was very friendly and helpful. When I got ready to check out the next day, a white gentleman with manager on his name badge stated that he couldn't find me in the system. Then he said Berri loudly that my credit card had been declined when in fact, I prepaid for my stay through Priceline. Not very professional at all. If out had not been for the young man that checked me in, I would probably never recommend this hotel. But because it is closer to the ferry headed for Sapelo Island, I may continue to recommend it as a travel advisor.
