The Tullahoma location disappointed me. We always stay at holiday inn but this time it was noisier than usual, not just the train, the refrigerator didn't cook anything in it no matter what setting it was on, the water pressure wasn't great.... The staff were all very nice, but housekeeping had their children with them and I wondered about that. Maybe I was expecting more because normally it's a 100% positive but can't say that this time....
