This was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in my home town. Amazing room and facilities, friendly staff, and super accessible location. I will stay here from now on.

my family and I came to stay at this hotel because it had the room we needed which I liked but it was extremely outdated and needed repairs and cleaning and it was a non smoking room but reeked of smoke. I would never stay there again!

our room was a non smoking room but it smell like cigarette smoke and was not very clean not to happy

Badly in need of updating & renovating! Everything's worn & shabby. Needs a good deep clean too! Non-smoking room smelled heavily like smoke!

This hotel was a total disaster! Dirty rooms, dirty furniture, dirty towels and sheets. Trash and food from previous guest still in the room and refrigerator. Hotel could not even provide towels and had to hand out "pool towels". TV remote did not work. Lamp in front room were broken and did not work. Both phones in the room did not work so I couldn't even call the front desk and had to walk all the way up there each time I found something wrong. The sidewalks were broken, uneven, and unsafe. Broken downspouts laying everywhere. Wood and other construction material scattered all over the property. No weather stripping or insulation around the door so not only did rain come in but so did all the bugs.
