Fantastic hotel, best in the area! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great beds. Just a horrible valet service.

Clean atmosphere, and some friendly staff.

Great staff, always accommodate my profile request. Rooms are great - irons need to be updated, usually broken and a poor model iron to begin with.

The valet service needs improvement. They constantly change seat and mirror positions and don't put them back....I tip them every time I drop off and pick up. It's pretty insulting to change seat profiles - kind of a basic rule of thumb for a valet service.

Housekeeping was horrible.

Dont say we can't use luggage carts when other hotels of the same caliper do!
