Clean and very friendly staff.

Waited 10mins at counter with no one there to check me in. Had to call hotel phone in order for someone to come out and check me in. Phone rang over 15 times before a black man finally came rushing out from back door. I asked for bottle of water and he was hesitate to give... I am hilton diamond member should not have been an issue
