As a tea drinker I was dissatisfied. There were no regular black tea bags available such as English breakfast, the hot water was tepid at best ,and the hot water urns had clearly been used for coffee in the past. The water came out lightly coffee colored and tasting of it. The sidewalks in front of the hotel had not been cleared of the light two inch snow that fallen Friday morning. Not even by the time we left on Sunday. It's not a big deal, but it shows a lack of attention. And dragging a wheeled suitcase through it (twice) was pretty annoying. I have stayed here numerous times and expect to again so I hope things return to their previous standard.
