I didn't notice much difference in the softness or firmness of the bed using the dial. The pillows were terribly thin and uncomfortable.

Could give free continental breakfast for the price paid. The dryers broke some of our group was 8:pm getting their room ready. Check in was at 5. They waited 4 hours.
