the room was clean at a glance, but there was 5 containers of moldy food in the fridge and old moldy swim trunks hanging in the closet, so obviously it wasn't cleaned tht well

This Holiday Inn is having problems with their heat and cooling. We have about 300 people in our party and half of them were talking about their rooms being way too cold and half had rooms that were way too hot. My room was 82 degrees and I couldn't get the heat shut off.
