the water park staff were very rude and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was not very friendly.

Hotel was fine. The restaurant was rude. Coco keys waterpark needs some serious work! The lazy river needs to be cleaned!

The 1st room had blood stains on the blankets the 2nd room wasn't cleaned when the maid canes to clean it all she did was changed the sheets didn't clean anything, for breakfast you have to pay but no one waited on us the we went ahead and ate the buffet with out drinks or service

Worst play every. I cancelled my stay after 3 hour wait in line to check in to hotel. It was the worst place.

The rooms were disgustingly dirty. They smelled like Raid. I paid too much for the room I stayed in
