The first room we were placed in smelled horribly of cat pee. I just wanted to throw up it was so potent. We had to ask to be moved. We also had asked for a microwave when making our reservations and we had to ask again when we changed rooms. It still was not placed in the room by noon the next day, I had to ask again. After that thigh it was placed in the room within about 20 minutes. Everything else has been good with friendly staff.
