Room was small but served our needs. Dining room was small but we managed to be comfortable. No gym and the pool was ready but no open to guests. Waiting for town inspection but never happened during our 4 day stay. Canceled one night to get home early and was told I has to call customer service not to lose our rewards points since it was booked using rewards. Once I called CS they called the front desk and this issue was quickly resolved. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The front desk was very helpful with restaurants and AMC movies in Metheun MA recommendation.
