Everything was as expected. There was a belligerent customer next to me who was insisting on cutting on line and the woman behind the counter handled him like a pro. pretty good all around

We were given the wrong slit to the car & when we got yo the gate we had to turn around go back & upload the car into another one - ugh!!

Fast service they did change the car we picked out so that was strange.

The bathroom smelled HORRIBLE, the lines were long, and the lobby was dirty. Love the vehicle though.
