Car was so dirty inside I couldn't see out of the windshield. Guy at the counter had underwhelming customer service. The lone bright spot in this experience was the shuttle driver. Works two full time jobs and was a delight. Positive attitude, singing and dancing to Michael Jackson, helped get sleeping kids on and off the shuttle.

Waaaay too much time spent: waiting for shuttle bus, on the shuttle bus (didn't go directly and had to wait for the budget club to get dropped off first), waiting in line to get served, walking to the car, waiting in line to exit the parking lot! Also, only 150 miles allowed per day?!?! Not an average, over the course of our stay? That's ridiculous! I didn't agree to the terms (someone else did) buts he any way.never again.

It took forever to get picked up by the bus at LAX and then even longer once we got to Budget. The line was long and nobody was in any hurry.

the service agent saw me there and didn't help me instead was chatting with someone else she works very slow and was not friendly at all. Car was not ready we/my family with my girls had to wait 15 mins for the car to be ready. I will not use budget.
