They didn't have any cars available for pick up and I had to wait.

They quoted me a price that was much higher than advertised and then when I began to finish the process they said "oh by the way, there is also a $250 deposit on top of the $130 charge." I didn't like how they informed me and hid the fee until the end do I canceled the entire transaction.
