My family and I were staying at another hotel, we were not happy with this hotel so we called your 1-800 number, the operator referred us here due to availability NOT price. We get to the hotel, availability was not what we expected... We had to upgrade to room that was $43 more than we were told, the front desk made the adjustment the next morning and we stayed another night also. Beautiful hotel!!
