A nice place to spend the night

The hotel room I was in reeked of urine. The dead bolt did not function. The carpet was absolutely filthy. There was not a functional smoke alarm. The hair dryer on the room had been torn off the wall, and the hole in the wall was not repaired. People are allowed to smoke on the balcony allowing smoke to come in around the ill fitting doors. Items at the breakfast area that should be refrigerated were put on the counter, and the space is overall dirty.
