The staff was super friendly at check-In and even walked me to the elevator. My room upgrade was a welcome surprise on a long travel week that started on a Sunday. The view was beautiful. It had the most amazing bathtub I've ever seen. Loved the expresso machine in the room too. The only negative was the less than friendly front desk clerk at check-out.

We were pleased with the quality of service from the Valet to the doorman to the service desk (Akbar). And all staff we came in contact with were courteous, friendly and happy. They all seemed to enjoy their duties. We chose the Renaissance because it was a pet friendly hotel. The staff were very supportive and we appreciated the water bowls outside. The breakfast buffet was delicious and service great. The $17 for breakfast was a little pricey. We appreciated the concierge desk recommendation for area resturaunts In walking distance. The rooms were lovely but the beds a bit too soft. I would stay again. Thank you.
