Caesars is nice - needs an update to bathrooms - but they were clean. Overall nice!

Caesars has recently updated most of its slot machines and made the surrounding areas more attractive. I was unhappy to see that many promotional kiosks and regular rewards kiosks were not working. My sister tried to print out a comp and the machine them displayed out of paper notice. I went upstairs to other kiosks and could not access the $30 comp. then I proceeded to tell a security guard near the kiosk about it not working and it was never fixed in the hours I was there.

Rooms were not clean. Bedding smelled really horrible, bathroom in room smelled like urine

Visited the casino. Did not like the atmosphere.

Not enough seating at all. Spent 10 minutes just trying to find a hard bench to sit on.

Like I said, restrooms were impeccable clean, then we head to the slots machines until we have a problem with one of them, we wait for around 20 minutes, try to get one of the security guards (he was really nice to us) to help us, he point it us to the person on charge of the slots machines, blue long-sleeve shirt, there the night got ruin, he has this nasty attitude showing off his position in the casino making us feel that he knows everything and make us feel stupid just because the machine get our ticket stuck, I didn't get his name or badge, we were a group of 5 girls and a guy we were using the slots by where the poker room used to be around 1:00 am.
