I will NEVER stay here again. It's a shame. The staff everywhere was great with the exception of the front desk. Our room was old and stale. The bathroom smelled of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The beds were tiny. What ever happened to two queen sized beds? This is AC, not NYC or Philly. No offer to upgrade when we called about the room. Had to call again for them to offer an upgrade at 150% increase over the room rate. I ALWAYS stay at Harrahs. Just thought I would give Caesars a try since they were offering a comparable rate. NEVER AGAIN even if they were giving it away. Harrahs always upgrades me without even asking. These hotels are a part of the same conglomerate. Why would I not be treated the same? Also, they kept running my credit card even after taking an incidentals deposit. They denied my room service even though the had plenty of money on hold on my card. This place is the worst. I just wanted a few days away in a great place. This was definitely NOT it.
