It was an hour wait to check in. The hotel staff told us it would be 15 minutes and they were cleaning the room. An hour later they decided to upgrade us to a better room to apologize.

There was Pubic hair in my bed. Nobody cared and did t offer to change sheets for me. My daughter and I had to share other bed.
