She asked if she could help me, then I went to the counter, then she made me still wait an additional 5 more minutes, which is ok but if she wasn't ready why call me up. Then she had a toy on her counter and she showed it to my little one and I asked how much she said she couldn't sell it because it was a loan.. I'm upset because she teased my little one. Then I asked her for her to show me some games, which she did, but wouldn't even make me an offer on anything.. selling them to me like if they were new items. I'm always at the store making my pawn payments, I go every week, she's been rude to other customers that go that I've seen.. She has lots of gray hair, I don't know her name, but she's extremely rude, employee #55383 on my ticket, and isn't knowledgeable on a lot of items. I hate when I get her.
