They're not very knowledgable. The manager went out to pull my car in and did not know how to start it. He tried to tell me I needed a new battery. I had just had my battery tested the week before. I went out and it started right up. Then at checkout he tried again to tell me I needed a new battery. I'm a woman and feel he tried to take advantage of me. Surprise my DAUGHTER went to school for auto tech. I will never go back there. I've also been telling everyone about my experience.
