Bathroom was not very clean

Woman taking our order was neither pleasant, nor friendly. Not welcoming at all. The janitor was friendlier than the woman at the counter. The salad bar was messy and disgusting. Multiple machines were out of tickets. Not a good experience.

Lots of broken games, prizes cost to many tickets

The location in Summerlin Las Vegas is simply horrible. Many games are broken and have been for months. Also the prizes for less than 200 have very little choices and have been the same for over a year. My kids have to choose the same crappy prize every time and they are even telling me at 4 yrs old that they don't think the prizes are fun. Also there was just a price increase on the games in this location. I understand having to increase prices but at least have working games. I am now to the point where I am going to drive further away to go to a better arcade. The red rock hotel has a similar arcade and their games always work. So for being harsh buts it's the truth.
