Sky is the best employee there. Very friendly and extremely efficient. She interacts with customers with a contagious smile and very spirited. She's the reason I keep coming back.

Was give the wrong room. Key didn't work and had to go back to front desk. Front desk employee was on the phone the whole time when issuing me the key; hence the reason why they key didn't work. She wrote down the wrong room number. Obviously being preoccupied with another guest over the phone is the reason why this happened. When I went back, she was on the phone and I waited a few minutes so she was able to give me her undivided attention even though she tried to handle my situation while on the phone but I refused to let her and waited until she was available. Not a great way to handle customers. You should take care of the customers that are physically there first by asking the phone in customers to kindly hold.
