The game wouldn't start correctly and had a pin that would always read as up even though it was knocked down, didn't have my shoe size, long waits and lines for everything and no response from pushing help

We had to wait 30 minutes to get a lane and once we did half the time we were on the lanes the bowling balls got stuck at the back
