My usual massage therapist was not available, so I had asked for someone that had experience with injuries. I didn't want just a "spa day" type massage. They made an appointment for me with Kendra. She did a great job! She focused on the area that I said needed the most attention (low back), but also covered the rest of my back and neck. She asked if I wanted to go down into my glutes, which I hadn't done before, but felt like it might help because of low back/SI pain. While it was painful, it ended up helping a lot. My low back/hips have been looser the last couple days. She used some different techniques from what I usually have and I liked the overall experience. Recommended yoga for flexibility of area. Would book with her again.
