All went as I expected

Loved the feel of the waiting room and massage room - very relaxing. Gina was fantastic in focusing on problem areas and gave suggestions for the next visits.

I was very pleased with Emma. She knew exactly what she wanted to do to improve my skin. She was very knowledgeable about the products and the procedures she was going to do. That is why I signed up and she wasn’t pushing a lot of products on me.

I am 65 years old and I followed my last massage therapist (at another Hand & Stone) for 14 years. When she left for other employment, I was extremely sad - UNTIL I met Emma at the Waverly location. Now I am a weekly regular with Emma (and hope this relationship lasts another 14 years!!!). She is an EXCEPTIONALLY talented massage therapist; smart, perceptive, knowledgeable, personable, professional - OUTSTANDING! I'm so glad I found her (with help from my former massage therapist) and have been able to work my way into becoming a weekly client of hers. This store is also much, much closer to my house, is always clean, and the gals working the desk are all happy and helpful. LOVE IT THERE! Thank you so much!!

I’ve been a client of Josh’s and had to cancel my March appointment. Since coming back from my trip, I’ve called a couple times to see if I could book with Josh again, and that day someone had canceled! So I was able to see Josh for an 80 minute session, which was wonderful. Had I not been able to reschedule with Josh, I know the staff would have been able to connect me with a therapist with a similar touch.

Emma knew her stuff and that made me feel good. The receptionist were very friendly and welcoming.
