My experience is highly positive virtually entirely because of the therapist, Meg Lavallee. She’s amazing at what she does. If she wasn’t, I wouldn’t maintain my membership, as I feel I can pay about the same for a great massage at my gym spa. If she leaves, I’ll cancel my membership.

Expert taught me how to use product properly and offered to reach out if any questions once home.

Kelly is an amazing aesthetician. She addressed my needs and concerns during the visit and provided helpful advice and recommendations. She always does a wonderful facial and massage! You are lucky to have her on staff. I will keep coming back for her! The reception staff were so friendly as well and very helpful. Everyone working at this specific location is wonderful. I've had a bad experience at the Winston Salem H&S in regards to inappropriate charges on my credit card and I am thrilled to say I have never had any issues at the Waverly H&S. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

My massage therapist was excellent and very helpful as I described areas that I felt needed attention.

Quay was very friendly and professional and did a great job listening to my issues and focused on those areas. Highly recommend quay. Checkout was a bit of an issue…but that’s in the reception area and was not addressed in your survey.

The people are kind and friendly, conveience of location and services available.
