Matt is fantastic and helped eliminate knots that were causing me pain for weeks. He uses the perfect pressure in the deep tissue massage and ensures that he consults on where my pain points are. Also Online booking is easy if you have a specific therapist in mind.

Every person I interacted with was very friendly and inviting! I truly felt like they cared about how my experience was. I also really appreciated Emma! She asked my pronouns and immediately updated them i. the system with my preferred name as well! Overall, I just felt really accepted and welcome there.

I had original appointment at a different location however the esthetician was sick. They called me and scheduled for the Waverly location. It was a little further and later time but the service was still exceptional. Appreciate that I still received the same excellent service at a different location. Emma was excellent!!! I would definitely consider coming to this location again.

Every massage therapist has been amazing. The only (minor) comment is that it is very hard to rebook with the same therapist. I found that it will be better for me to book my next 2-3 about 6 weeks in advance to book my preferred therapist. It might be helpful to somehow communicate that to newer members. Especially if they prefer every other week or every 3 weeks for a massage.
