My therapist was excellent

I enjoyed my facial; however, I experienced vertigo after (due to lying flat). Probably won't return because of that.

Staff is friendly. The spa is clean and welcoming. It is convenient to my home.

Kelly is always responsive to what I need. She takes the time to look at my skin and see if there any problem areas addressing any that need addressing. She’s also very friendly and professional.

The cryo facial has produced noticeable results for me. It is rather expensive but when you get good results, it’s worth it. I will do it again!

Chelsey my massage therapist is amazing, but I am dissapointed that deep tissue is not included in my monthly fee and is now considered "Extra". While I understand having to increase the monthly fee to pay your employees better, it is a tough pill to swallow that a decent massage also is now considered "extra". So to raise prices by $20 in a month is causing me to reconsider my membership.

I came in with a back ache and it was gone when I left. Totally relaxing.

My feedback will be a little different than normal. I want to focus on something at your spa unrelated to my visit. I think you guys are really overpushing the attention button. I get it. It's there. I know it's there and what it does. Stop shoving it down my fucking throat with every text message and every time I come in. The fact you guys now ask EVERY CLIENT if they want their ass massaged when they come in? For a fucking Brow wax? I will never get a massage there again
