Emma is an amazing massage therapist. She is kind, excellent at her job, and very knowledgeable. It is tough to get in to see here and it makes complete sense why! She and Natalie are the reason I have continued my membership thus far.

The most important, is the therapist. She did a great job. Asking about pressure throughout the appointment. Focusing on areas that I requested.

I’m always recognized and welcomed at Hand & Stone. Josh is an incredible therapist and has helped me heal through injuries and helped me avoid stress injuries. Over the years we’ve gotten to know each other and he’s familiar with how my body reacts to stress. I always book ahead as Josh’s calendar fills quickly. This time I was not able to book out, the 2023 calendar isn’t available. This seems to be an issue every year and sometimes I “miss out” when the new calendar is finally available. I think reception has fixed that for me with an automatic booking, I have my fingers crossed it will work out.

I am new to the area so I did not realize that I booked my appointment at another Hand and Stone. The receptionist was able to fit me in for a facial. I was very happy with how I was treated.

I felt comfortable in the spa and enjoyed the services that I received. I was offered a discount on future services and took them up on the offer!

Reception staff friendly. Reception area peaceful and calm. Therapist attentive to my particular needs.

My esthetician was so kind and made me feel very welcome in her space. She did a great job demonstrating that she cared for my skin, even taking time to answer questions about problem areas i had.
