The receptionist that assisted me upon check out was pleasant , accommodating , and friendly. The front desk ladies when I first came in upon check out, their looks and tones were discriminating, condescending, and judgmental. If it wasn’t for the excellent massage and the courteous check out, my membership would be canceled. Just saying
