Scheduled a standard sub. Staff told us to pick a car which we did from The section labeled standard, as we exited we were told we had a smaller sub then rented. We asked to just have a price reduction and were refused. We had to go back and pick a different vehicle and reload our luggage. The manager did get involved and gave us a free 1/2 tank of gas.
