Even though I booked my reservation with expedia I tried to cancel my room with the hotel. The front desk said I needed to cancel through expedia which I did, but they said i did not. I am thankful there was a room for me on family weekend at ISU. Front desk was very friendly and fast. Nice continental breakfast, too!
