The front desk staff the day I checked in was not welcoming at all. He made me feel like I was a burden. He was rude and very condescending. The kitchen/room service staff was great welcoming and very accommodating!!! When I extended my stay the same person was at the front desk I called down to let front desk know and to see if I had any additional things I needed to do, he was rude and told he he didn't see a reservation for me.. I asked him several times if he wanted my confirmation number her kept telling me no, there is no new reservation for me. I was sick with 103 fever and he treated me the worst!!
