I have had two great experiences at the omni in new haven but this last one was very frustrating. I was driving from Massachusetts to New York after my wedding. I was exhausted and needed to pullover at 2 am. I called ahead and made sure a room was available and a lady said there was space so I get there and this other lady behind the desk has no idea what is going on. She cannot program the keys to the room and it takes almost 20 minutes to get the manager back from his break to program the keys. I am exhausted at this point and very frustrated but I get upstairs, get to sleep, and then a housekeeper wakes us up at 8:00am!! So I paid 235 dollars for 5 hours of sleep and I was rewarded with breakfast. I did not care about breakfast. I feel like someone should care about this situation.
