Hampton Inn & Suites San Clemente

Hotel was clean. Very happy to have a full breakfast in the morning.

We had a wedding block here, and it was difficult the entire process. They did not call me when my block was filling, even though they said we would have the option to add more rooms if we needed. The hotel itself is fine, the rooms are spacious and clean. The Elevator is very slow, they also did not give us the option to use the breakfast room for our wedding party get together after 10. Staff at the hotel was courteous. I will not be staying here or using other Hampton Inns. Since I had over 20 rooms booked for my wedding i would think they would be a bit more accommodating.
