Residence Inn, Saddle River

When I visit my family in New Jersey we always stay at the Residence Inn because we love the hotel and the friendly staff. Also the location is very convenient. Thank you.

Visited the sales department in addition to the new haunted house

The customer service was better than expected for a hotel. Oftentimes when I visit a lodging business for means other than a stay, in this case drinks and to pass the time in the bar, I'm given a bad attitude. Here, I was treated with respect and kindness. The drinks were overpriced but the bar was clean and staff friendly. I would go back.
