Front desk clerk was rude

Danielle Jordan was the rudest nastiest front desk person I've ever met and I have traveled for over 15 years. What a bad attitude and nasty rude mouth, I almost just turned and walked right back out of hotel. Parking was terrible, spaces were tiny. There was never valet, never anyone to help us unload and load car. The oversized parking was filled with compact cars. My room refrigerator made sounds all night and the water ran in the toilet. Maids didn't come in a timely fashion every time in the afternoon when I was headed back from meetings the room was still trashed and she was just casually taking her time in hall. Overall just terrible

Room not vacuumed, run down, parking in a deck....horrible to get to your room. Bad experience for $233! Didn't even have a microwave in room for goodness sake!

Terrible. Room floor was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Elevator was dirty. Air conditioner wasn't working very well, room was probably around 74-76 degrees. Front desk staff wasn't very nice. Beyond disappointed. Expected more of the Sheraton brand.
