First room was great! Cozy bedding, plenty of space and great view made for a great stay. We experienced a problem with the plumbing and was moved to a second room. The second room was smaller, not well stocked, broken ice machine on the floor, there was a crack in the ceiling of our room and the bed was not as comfortable. The lobby was a great place to hang out. Wait staff checked on us constantly. Very busy and fun at all hours. Restaurant service was slow. Only three tables of customers but everything took forever including drink refills. Food was good but over priced.

The staff was great. My first room would've been nice but it smelled upon entering and there was a cleaning rag left on the desk. The room was switched and I was told I would be awarded additional loyalty points. The security guard on duty at night to check who is coming in could be a bit more attentive at her job. She barely looks up and her attitude needs adjustment. If you don't like your job, change it.
