Sheraton Dallas Hotel

So boring and not clean

Food in the restaurant is very limited. Would only eat a burger. No fridge or microwave in room. Small room. Only 1extra chair to sit on. A/C is as low as it can go and doesn't cool the room Had to ask 2 days in a row for room to be cleaned. Then only came 1.

Hotel is very nice. Staff put us in a double booked room which was very inconvenient and embarrassing, and did not do anything for the inconvenience.

Food was way over priced for the quality we got.

was not greeted by staff or asked if I needed help.

Hotel is insanely noisy. People were slamming doors until 4 in the morning and it was impossible to sleep. In addition to that their parking garage filled up and we were forced to park in an open lot.

This hotel was very busy & our floor smelled heavily of pot because of other guests in rooms down the hall from us. The AC in our room did not work & made it very hard to sleep comfortably. Not impressed by this stay & will not return.

I was shocked and disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room or in te suite I attended a party in. The air conditioning didn't work in the suite and it was extremely hot despite maintenance coming up to fix it. There was no warning that phone calls out were charged a fee.

The hotel had not enter my reservation in upon my arrival. It took 20 mins to check in. Making me late for the concert I was attending. No room service late at night.

We have had out room cards stop working every day. We had a leak in the roof of out bathroom, told we were moving to an upgraded room. 2nd room was smaller and AC didn't work. I have nothing positive to say about my stay so far. No one has even tried to make any of this ok
