Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Great convention hotel

Attended a trade show. The catered food was excellent and the conference room was very nice.

What staff I did see around the hotel was friendly but it didn't come across very many. I was attending for a conference so there was a lot of food provided, but the food was not good at all.

Very old hotel

Ac didn't work in our first room and the "engineer" had no clue what he was doing trying to fix it

The staff is friendly but they messed up our reservation. Instead of an accessible room, we got a regular room which caused my roommate to be uncomfortable.

I absolutely love the gym and pool at this Sheraton!!
