The Sheraton is at least a 3 star facility. The amenities and staff were exceptional.

Good location. Friendly staff.

The staff knows the hotel is becoming a Marriott hotel. Both the 8th and 11th floor hall carpets need attention/cleaning. I was given a nice view of the Atrium dining room from the 11th floor. 1118 is as far from the elevator as possible. The lamp shades were dirty and one had puncture wounds. I was moved to 1124. A nicer room. The remote control and replacement were weak. The breakfast was included but no omelettes. $14.00

Good night stay

The hotel was nice but the rooms were lacking--the bathroom was tiny & had No counter space. The beds were ok but it had no fridge or micro-wave. They go have Starbucks in the room so that was a big plus!!
